I understand that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in attending and/or participating in any activity and/or events organized by Tsunami Sports & Recreation which include, but are not limited to, illness, physical harm, loss, bodily injury, death or property damage. I assume all of the risks that may or can arise from participating in the activity and event, including unavailability of emergency care and those risks described in the participant conduct policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tsunami Sports & Recreation and its organizers and each respective member and representatives from any and all responsibility, claims, causes of actions and suits. I acknowledge that the organization is not held responsible for any personal lost or damaged items any time before, during or after the event.
I give permission to Tsunami Sports & Recreation the right to take photos and videos of me solely for the purpose of promotion and advertisement. Any and all personal information collected will be securely destroyed after intended use.
I understand and expressly agree that this agreement is intended to be inclusive as permitted by the law and regulations of Ontario for which it is used and that if any portion of this agreement is held invalid, it is agreed that it shall continue in full effect.
