Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted up to 4 hours before the event start time. Refunds will not be granted upon request within 4 hours of the event start time. You may reschedule up to 12 hours before the beginning of the event start time. Players are responsible for finding a replacement if cancelling on a short notice, but administrators and hosts may be available to assist. Wait-listed players granted a spot must accept the booking within 1 day (24 hours) before the spot is granted to the next wait-listed player in the queue. Hosts reserve the right to remove any players showing poor sportsmanship or pose a safety risk to other players on the court. Players dismissed due to safety concerns or results of disciplinary action will not be granted refunds.
